Ingredients
- Fino sherry45 ml
- Umeshu plum sake25 ml
- Chilli liqueur15 ml
- Palo cortado sherry10 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
Method
- Add fino sherry, umeshu plum sake, chilli liqueur, palo cortado sherry, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
