Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves6
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
