Ingredients
- Absinthe30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Ginger beer105 ml
Method
- Add absinthe, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
