Ingredients
- Bénédictine D.O.M.20 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo20 ml
- Gentian liqueur12.5 ml
- Aromatized wine15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)25 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake bénédictine d.o.m., orange-red aperitivo, gentian liqueur, aromatized wine, fresh lime juice, egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
