Ingredients
- Blue curaçao liqueur45 ml
- Gin30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake blue curaçao liqueur, gin, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
