Ingredients
- Irish whiskey40 ml
- Tawny port20 ml
- Brown sugar syrup10 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add irish whiskey, tawny port, brown sugar syrup, absinthe, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
