Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)22.5 ml
- Absinthe2.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, amaro (e.g. averna), absinthe, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
