Ingredients
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
- Absinthe15 ml
- Amer Picon15 ml
- Orange Liqueur15 ml
- Liquorice bitters4 drop
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, absinthe, amer picon, orange liqueur, liquorice bitters, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
