Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)2 slice
- Gin30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Aniseed liqueur1.25 ml
- fresh Mint leaves5
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, amaro (e.g. montenegro), fresh lime juice, orgeat syrup, and aniseed liqueur
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
