Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Honey1 barspoon
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, honey, red bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
