Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky60 ml
- Peated malt whisky10 ml
- Crème de cassis15 ml
- Vermouth alla vaniglia22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters8 dash
Method
- Add scotch whisky, peated malt whisky, crème de cassis, vermouth alla vaniglia, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
