Ingredients
- swath Lemon peel1
- Cynar/carciofo amaro60 ml
- Vermouth alla vaniglia30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Orange Bitters3 dash
Method
- Add cynar/carciofo amaro, vermouth alla vaniglia, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
