- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Apple juice60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, apple juice, fresh lemon juice, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
