Ingredients
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Oude genever22.5 ml
- Vodka22.5 ml
- India pale ale (IPA) beer22.5 ml
Method
- Add red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, oude genever, vodka, and india pale ale (ipa) beer to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
