Ingredients
- Bison grass vodka60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- pinch Cinnamon powder1
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bison grass vodka, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch cinnamon powder
