Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Raspberry syrup15 ml
- Orange flower water3 drop
- Egg White20 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Dry-shake old tom gin, fresh lime juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
- Garnish with orange flower water
