Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur30 ml
- Grapefruit Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Add gin, red bitter liqueur, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
