- inch Cucumber (fresh)1
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Elderflower liqueur60 ml
- Pinot Grigio60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add inch cucumber (fresh), elderflower liqueur, pinot grigio, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
