Ingredients
- Oak aged gin30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto7.5 ml
Method
- Add oak aged gin, red bitter liqueur, dry vermouth, and rosolio bergamotto to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
