Ingredients
- Bacon-Fat-Washed Bourbon2 oz
- Grade-A Maple Syrup0.25 oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Orange Peel1 flamed
Method
- Add fat-washed bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until cold
- Strain into rocks glass over large cube
- Express orange peel over drink and drop in
