Ingredients
- Prosecco90 ml
- White peach purée37.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Peach schnapps15 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add white peach purée, fresh lemon juice, and peach schnapps to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
