Ingredients
- Fino sherry20 ml
- Navy strength gin15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml

Method
- Add fino sherry, navy strength gin, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled wine glass
- Top with prosecco
