Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves2
- Gin30 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro22.5 ml
- Apple juice45 ml
- Cold green tea30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Honey sugar syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, cynar/carciofo amaro, apple juice, cold green tea, fresh lime juice, and honey sugar syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
