Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Fino sherry22.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Grand Marnier15 ml
Method
- Add gin, fino sherry, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, dry vermouth, and grand marnier to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
