Ingredients
- Island single malt45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add island single malt, amaro (e.g. averna), rosso/sweet vermouth, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
