Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Green crème de menthe30 ml
- Whipping cream15 ml
- Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat)15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, green crème de menthe, whipping cream, milk (whole/full 3-4% fat), and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
