- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add fresh fresh peach, rose petal liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
