Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Homemade ginger syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, fresh lime juice, homemade ginger syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
