Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves2
- Fino sherry45 ml
- Gin15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water75 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fino sherry, gin, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
