Ingredients
- White port30 ml
- Gentian liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add white port, gentian liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
