Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin22.5 ml
- Amontillado sherry22.5 ml
- Oloroso sherry22.5 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Boker's style bitters1 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add old tom gin, amontillado sherry, oloroso sherry, bénédictine d.o.m., boker's style bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
