Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth15 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Water10 ml
- Crème de violette2.5 ml
- Absinthe2.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, bianco/blanco vermouth, dry vermouth, water, crème de violette, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
