Ingredients
- Batavia arrack45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Dry-shake batavia arrack, fresh lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and creole bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
