Ingredients
- Scotch whisky50 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh25 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add scotch whisky, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
