- Apple Schnapps20 ml
- Apple juice45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add absinthe, apple schnapps, apple juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
