Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Apple Schnapps30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, apple schnapps, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
