Ingredients
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Navy strength gin15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Cocktail foamer3 dash
- Chocolate bitters6 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add rosso/sweet vermouth, red bitter liqueur, navy strength gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, cocktail foamer, chocolate bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
