Ingredients
- Habenero bourbon30 ml
- Mexican corn whisky20 ml
- Fino sherry10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Chilli liqueur2.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake habenero bourbon, mexican corn whisky, fino sherry, fresh lemon juice, chilli liqueur, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
