Ingredients
- Pear vodka30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc wine15 ml
- Apple juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, sauvignon blanc wine, apple juice, rich simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
