Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Amontillado sherry30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Brown sugar syrup5 ml
- Ginger beer60 ml
Method
- Add gin, amontillado sherry, fresh lime juice, and brown sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
