Ingredients
- Scotch whisky40 ml
- Pear liqueur10 ml
- Ginger wine15 ml
- Maple syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Sparkling Water75 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, pear liqueur, ginger wine, maple syrup, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
