Ingredients
- swath Lemon peel1
- Amaretto liqueur50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake amaretto liqueur, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, egg white (pasteurised), aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupette glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
