Ingredients
- Amaretto liqueur45 ml
- Bourbon whiskey30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Brown sugar syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake amaretto liqueur, bourbon whiskey, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
