Ingredients

  • Amaretto1.5 oz
  • Overproof Bourbon0.75 oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice1 oz
  • Simple Syrup0.25 oz
  • Egg White0.5 piece
  • Lemon Peel1 twist
  • Maraschino Cherry1 piece

Method

  1. Dry shake amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white
  2. Add ice and shake hard again
  3. Double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
  4. Garnish with lemon peel and cherry
