Ingredients
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Gin15 ml
Method
- Add red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, dry vermouth, and gin to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
