Ingredients
- Tsipouro50 ml
- Apricot liqueur15 ml
- Mastiha liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Grapefruit bitters6 dash
Method
- Dry-shake tsipouro, apricot liqueur, mastiha liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and grapefruit bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
