Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Orange Liqueur7.5 ml
- Blue curaçao liqueur22.5 ml
- Whipping cream22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, orange liqueur, blue curaçao liqueur, whipping cream, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
