Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Coffee liqueur15 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Whipping cream22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, coffee liqueur, white crème de cacao, whipping cream, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
