Ingredients
- fresh Raspberries3
- Gin45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg White15 ml
- Sparkling Water80 ml
Method
- Dry-shake fresh raspberries, gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
