- Grenadine syrup15 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, grenadine syrup, whipping cream, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
